Jamie Wetmore

For more than a decade, yoga has been an integral part of Jamie's life. Her practice has helped her grow to be more present, patient and compassionate with herself and others. Yoga inspires her to see the beauty in the small things, and to live each and every moment more mindfully, every single day.
Jamie completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training through the Aura Wellness center, and has since been teaching both Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, which includes gentle yoga and deeper structured yoga (Slow to Flow), as this is the perfect fit for everybody!
Her "Slow to Flow" classes are designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of their age, ability, experience or fitness level. She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment that allows people to explore their comfort level and find their own yoga practice. Her classes incorporate breath work, meditation, and creative sequencing to help deepen the mind-body connection and find inner peace. Her hope is that by the time you get off the mat, you are feeling completely and totally refreshed, balanced, and inspired.

Suzanne White

Suzanne is so excited to inspire others at The Stoned Goat Farm yoga classes!
She has been working with children at Lillie B Haynes elementary school in Niantic for over 15 years, with the last 6 years being in the Special Education Pre-K program housed there.  She loves teaching to all ages and abilities, and beginners are always welcome!
Suzanne's love of yoga started many years ago,  practicing at many studios near and far, as well as doing an all day immersion with internationally known yoga instructor Baron Baptise in Boston, and completing his 40 days to Personal Revolution program. She earned her 200 hour Recovery Yoga teaching certification, and loves to teach and share her vast knowledge with others. The yoga that she loves the most works with mindfulness and breath work, while enjoying a gentle flow, focusing on being present, grounded and grateful!
Her deep love of animals and nature is palpable and contagious, and makes her a perfect fit at The Stoned Goat Farm!
She lives locally with her family,  and two Frenchies named Mollie and Artie.
